  • Can you buy cemetery spaces before you need them?

Yes. You can. We call it buying pre-need, and being prepared. You may pick out a location, vault and memorial marker all before you need them. This freezes the price and eliminates the need for family to have to do it. It also ensures that there will not be emotional overspending and that you will have what you want.

  • Do you still have room?

Yes. We do. We have availability in almost all of the gardens, plus above ground mausoleum space. Many locations offer cremation gardens, too.

  • Do you offer financing?

Yes. We do. When a purchase is made before a death occurs, affordable monthly payments are easily arranged with our in-house financing.

  • Will prices go up?

Not if you have a signed contract in good standing. Once your contract is in place your prices are frozen--no matter how much inflation occurs--your prices are locked in! You will NOT be charged the difference in price at the time of use. For those who don’t purchase now, pricing will continue to go up.

  • Can I sell my spaces?

You are always free to sell your spaces. There will be a small transfer fee.

  • Do you buy back spaces?

Not usually, but you may sell them.

  • Do I have to pay a yearly maintenance fee?

No. The maintenance fee is a onetime charge that is included in the price of the space.

  • How do we pay for this?

We take all major credit cards, cash, and checks. Or, you may finance with monthly payments.

  • What if I move?

If you move at least 50 miles away and your new cemetery accepts ICCFA transfers, you will get credit for the money paid to use toward your new purchase.

  • Can I finance cemetery property when someone dies?

No. You cannot. It must be paid in full before the service.

  • If my memorial marker is damaged what do I do?

If you purchased it from us we will repair or replace it free of charge.

  • Can we be buried next to each other?

Yes. You can pick spaces next to each other and they will be yours. Some families like to form a forever family cemetery inside our cemetery so that family members can know they will be buried together.
